Collision Appointment Coordinator
The Collision Appointment Coordinator is a specialized, highly trained member of the Collision Center.
The Collision Appointment Coordinator responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers as they arrive for appointments and helping them get checked in
- Assisting customers with the checkout process
- Handling all inbound reservation calls
- Confirming service reservations
- Performing outbound follow up for customers who need to set an appointment and for those who have had an appointment
- Handles other calls as requested by management
The Collision Appointment Coordinator will directly report the Collision Center Manager
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Promptly and professionally answer inbound calls with the goal of providing an exceptional client experience resulting in an appointment for the Collision Center
Master and follow all training materials including inbound service call guides
To work all scheduled shifts, Monday – Friday 8am-4:30pm
Being punctual to work and when returning from lunch and break with a full adherence to set schedule
Requirements:
Must have a valid driver’s license
